All requests must be approved by the Respective Participating Community Board Member and the applications must be received by October 30th. The Christmas Allocation must be completed by January 15th of the next calendar year.

Letters of support, cost quotes or relevant information that are unable to be scanned or otherwise attached may be faxed, mailed, or dropped off at either Gwaii Trust Office location.
