Application Forms
Instructions:
- Gwaii Trust Program application forms are available as online fill in forms.
- To select the application you want, click the program desired and simply fill out the form, you could add as much text needed to complete your application or you could also access the application form at the top or bottom of each program description.
- You could write your proposal in a word document then, simply copy and paste the word doc into the fillable form.
- If you write your proposal in a word document you will have a copy on your desktop.
- Click the" I Accept" box
- Click "submit"
If you have attachments simply attach to the email listed at the bottom of the application or scan as PDF and attach to email.
Once you have completed the application form you will receive an email verifying that we have received your application. Then from the same email you will be able to print the form as submitted. (go to file/ print preview/ then print)
