Gwaii Trust Program Schedule for 2009/2010
We will be accepting programs on a monthly basis. The program Deadlines will fall on the last Friday of every month and the allocation meeting will fall on the third Wednesday of the following month. (With the exception of the Nov 20th Healthy Humans allocation) The results of the successful applicants will be posted on the Gwaii Trust web sites (www.gwaiitrust.com) the next business day following the allocation meeting.
Please submit all supporting documentation on the same day, missing information will be considered an incomplete application. Forward all letters of support, proof of income and expense cost quotes to forms@gwaiitrust.com or fax to the Skidegate office at 250-559-8876 attention Debbie Crosby.

All submissions submitted well in advance of the program deadline are greatly appreciated. This allows time for the project officers to contact applicants for compliance should any assistance be required prior to Board review.
The following Gwaii Trust programs are “Open Programs” and as such are available anytime throughout the year:

- Arts (workshop component only)
- Special Initiatives Program
- Mature Student Bursary Program
Please take time to fill out the project evaluation form and submit it with your final report click here this evaluation form must be completed and submitted with your letter of request for final payment along with photos and receipts. If you have any questions please call the managing administrator at the Old Massett office.
Open Program submissions will be reviewed at the next scheduled allocation meeting or within 15 business days of receipt of applications. Please check out our web site at www.gwaiitrust.com, where we have new electronic applications for our programs.
